Elijah is Lucia's miracle. He was born early, fought hard and has been loved dearly by his mother and father. This young couple has come through one of the toughest challenges of their young lives and have come out a strong, united family. And Elijah will only continue to get stronger because of it!
I am so grateful for the opportunity to have had the privilege of taking this beautiful families portraits!

This photo shoot was one of the most calm, sweet and memorable shoots I have ever had. As a photographer that takes great pride in her work. I always want that perfect shot, that perfect moment. And I know I always have room for growth. But in this photo shoot, I put my heart into each photo, and into each moment and I feel these moments very special.
Something that I always hope to do in each of my photographs is to evoke a feeling or an emotion. There were many emotions during this special shoot, but one thing that resounded most to me is that these are beautiful, strong and brave women. Each one there possessed a strength of character that I learned the most from that day; from the smallest to the wisest. I wanted each of them to look back on these photos and feel a sense of serenity and peace.
Thank you so much for letting me capture such a sweet time in Serene's and your lives. My prayers are with you all.

Angela was one of the most fun maternity sessions I have had the pleasure of photographing! And I am so pleased to introduce you now to her sweetlittle man, Jayden. He was such a pleasure to work with. A seriously sleepy little man! Loved it!!!!

This newborn shoot was unbelievable.I have had many newborn shoots and each one is different and unique. I have had amazing moments and I have gotten shots that have made me and the mothers overjoyed. Let me tell you though, these shots, these moments, they happened with such ease and in record time!

Charlie is seriously the sweetest, most even tempered newborn I have ever met! And I had two that were pretty easy. This little fellow wasn't a big sleeper, but he was fine with just chilling out and being photographed!
I have to really say this is because he is as cool and calm as his parents! It was an awesome experience to be able to document this time for some really amazing people.
