I have never, ever met a first time mother with the grace and calmness of this mamma. Seriously. She even calmed me, just being around her. Dad is the worrier in this family and the tie that bound us for this particular photo shoot. Mr. Phil, that is what we call him here, was my son's asst. teacher last year and a really important role model to him. So when he asked me to document this time for him and his family, I was honored.

Here is your baby boy. I hope I did him justice!!!!!

I did these images when I was just starting out in my studio work. Hannah's Grandma asked me to repost these images for her... so I looked at my work from then and almost fell down! What was I thinking with my editing! OH MY!!!!

Anyways... so these are the new and improved Baby Hannah, for most of you, this will be the first time seeing these anyways!

One of my beautiful maternity clients/great friends, Cherie, had her baby this past week. I got a chance to visit her, her husband and baby Kian in the hospital with some friends, Juan and Anna Femath. Juan and Anna do videography and video production and they are truly amazing at what they do. You can find their work by visiting http://www.femath.com/ .
I worked with Juan while I was at Combat Camera, during my time in the Air Force. Juan helped me to put together a few family videos and I have always been in awe of his editing abilities. It is always an honor when I see my work in his videos. I have to say, Juan has found his match in Anna! She is the Ying to his Yang and she really is a talented and amazing person!
The video you are about to watch is shot and edited by Juan. The photography featured in it is my work. It is really moving. What a great memory for our friends.
And, most importantly, we would like to welcome Baby Kian to the ever growing Combat Camera family!!!!
