Rome Lives

Its funny. Looking thru all of my photos for what to enter in this contest for Star Shooters, http://contest.starshooter.org/, it has made me really look at work I may have pushed to the side. I found this photo of Rome and for some reason, I am loving it. I think the fact that it is such a casual moment. The Coliseum is just a thing in the background and not the subject for the camera. It is just there. Part of the city. Living in Rome, like it has for centuries. I just love the casualness of it. Thought I would share!

TKD Demo

Yesterday our Tae Kwon Do school had and Open House and the Demo Team and the Hapkido guys all performed their demonstrations. It was pretty awesome! I put together this little video to show off how wonderful the school, the instructor and the students are!

New Toy!

Literally, this is my new toy camera! My Sunset Boulevard Holga 120N... no flash. I am going to play with this this week. Portraits of the family first. Gotta get the hang of it. Stay tuned for some interesting projects with my new toy!!!!
